PLEASE NOTE: This form should only be used by individuals who wish to report fraud to us. It may take up to one calendar week for us to complete our investigation - during this time please do NOT open any further cases.
Your case will be investigated by our specialist Fraud department, who'll be in touch regarding remediation. If we require any additional information to aid your case, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
In some instances, you may notice further orders placed on the account, or receive additional mailings/marketing material. Please rest assured that our Fraud department will remediate these as part of your case. Remember that it may take up to one calendar week for us to complete our investigation.

- Change your passwords on other accounts
- Make a report to your local police department
