How does this work?
Once we process your request, you will receive a text message with a link to set-up your Continuous Payment Authority (CPA). You will need your bank card details to do this.
After the set-up is complete, your card details will be stored and future payments will be taken automatically on the due date shown in your statement. You can check this by going to your Account Summary.
What happens if the payment fails?
If we're unable to take the required payment, the agreement will be cancelled. We'll send you a text message to let you know if this happens.
You will then need to make your payment using any of our other methods.
Can I cancel this?
Yes, you can cancel the agreement at any time and make your payment by another method.
